Brief: To design a brochure and accompanying pitch document to market a new build of shared apartments in London. The target audience were ‘city sophisticates’ with jobs in the city centre and Canary Wharf, and towards the younger end of the market. As such I designed the identity with a contemporary feel: bold and strong yet energetic with flashes of active yellow to represent both an active lifestyle and the highly connected location.
The challenge of this project was figuring out what content to include and what order it should go in. The majority of the copy was written by me and carefully tailored in tone to connect with the audience. The aim of the brochure is to take the user on a journey of history, lifestyle and specifics of the location and encourage them to live there.
